Gairloch and the surrounding Wester Ross has some of the most beautiful coastal and mountain scenery of the Scottish Highlands. The area is host to a range of fascinating wildlife including eagles, red deer, sea otters, pine martins, seals, dolphins and whales to name but a few. You can take a gentle stroll around the local paths or be more adventurous in the surrounding mountains. There is a beautiful 9-hole golf course overlooking Loch Gairloch. We also have a pony trekking centre, leisure centre and a swimming pool in nearby Poolewe. There are plenty of places to fish in the hill lochs and sea fishing trips are also available.
